Our Advice Line Team as fully trained in supporting unpaid carers in Suffolk, responding to the needs you have. This can be about money and grants, a specific condition such as Dementia and Multiple Scleroris, through to other organisations who can support you for decluttering a home by Lofty Heights or Down Syndrome at Project21.
They are also trained to undertake Carers Assessments, which is highly valuable to support unpaid carers in Suffolk.
As a Health Professional, they accept carer referrals over the phone or you can complete the online form. Through our partnership work with the NHS, our Advice Line Team and service is open to more detailed discussions.
Safeguarding, Vulnerability, DBS, Health and Social Care, CPD, Children and Young People, our advisors are regularly trained to respond and be aware of various circumstances for the safety of people. We take this very seriously and work to a Signs of Safety model.
