Response Line for Professionals
A dedicated line for professionals will ensure that those needing advice, when working with individuals who are experiencing mental health difficulties, can access help and support in a timelier way.
Healthcare professionals such as ambulance staff, GPs, social care colleagues and police officers and third sector partners may need advice when they are working with individuals who are undergoing mental health challenges.
What happens when I call?
Your call will be answered by a professional mental health practitioner who will listen to your concerns and get you the support you need. If you want to remain anonymous and ensure that the person answering doesn’t see your number, you can turn off your caller ID in your settings.
