If your GP is not open then you can call NHS Direct on 111 (England) and 0845 4647 (Wales).

If you are seriously worried about yourself or someone else’s physical health then call 999 or go to your nearest A & E.

Mental Health

You can call The Samaritans at anytime; you do not have to be suicidal. Call them on 116 123.

Other helpful contacts include:

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) – a charity dedicated to preventing male suicide. Their helpline is open from 5pm-midnight 365 days a year. Just call 0800 585858. https://www.thecalmzone.net/help/get-help/

The Mix offers support for under 25s. Their helpline is open from 4pm-11pm on 0808 8084994 and their Crisis Messenger is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
