To help reduce isolation as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, Hallmark Care Homes are introducing an online weekly activities session every Friday between 11am and 11.30am.
They are inviting people in Suffolk and beyond to a weekly activity hosted interactively via Zoom. Unpaid carers and cared for people are welcome to join.
The activities will take place every Friday at 11am, with a different activity each week. The first activity will take place on Friday 22nd May with a small exercise class and gentle guided meditation, aimed at the mind, body and soul. This will be run by the Lifestyles Team. All you will need is some household items including a toilet roll, a cloth duster and a glass of water. You may need to install Zoom prior to joining. Please also be aware that Hallmark Care Homes will be recording the session.
If you would like to attend, please can we ask that you confirm if you would like to join by contacting David Martins at Bucklesham Grange and Admiral Court Care Home in Ipswich via email on email@example.com or calling 07951 750491. To take place in a Friday activity, please contact David before the end of each Thursday, as places are limited.
Please ensure that the space you are using is spacious and safe, and if at any time you feel you need to rest, then please do so. Hallmark Care Homes will not be responsible for any injuries.
For more information, and if you have any questions, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org calling 07951 750491.
